ACMC activities are initiated by its Technical Working Group, composed of core officers and working under two types of councils.
The Executive Council, oversees the activity of the Organization in the international level; while, the various Legislative Council, manages the activity of the Organization in the country level. The activities of the organization are managed by a small Secretariat based in Manila, Philippines.
ACMC boasts of a truly pluralistic membership from all over the country. In fact, the organization maintains a policy wherein no two officers in the Executive council should come from the same country; while, officers in the Legislative council may not come from the same university.
THE EXECUTIVE COUNCIL is the administrative and implementing arm of the ACMC. The officers are elected by the members of the Executive Council and Country Directors during the Asian General Assembly or appointed by the Members of the Board. Officers in the Executive Council will serve for one year and can be re-appointed for two years upon the recommendation of the Board based on performance and active participation in the Organization. Also, they can be re-elected for the second term only.
